These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service provided by Morgan Jay Cummings, LCSW LADC.

    Professional Services

Lucid Flow Therapy provides professional mental health services combining traditional therapy with advanced wellness technologies including NeuroOptimal neurofeedback, Cohere meditation, Roxiva light therapy, and Pulsetto vagus nerve stimulation.

    • Following all instructions provided during sessions
    • Informing the therapist of any changes in health or medication
    • Attending scheduled appointments or providing adequate notice of cancellation
    • Payment of fees as agreed upon

    Safety and Contraindications

While our technologies are FDA-approved and non-invasive, certain conditions may require special consideration or contraindicate use:

    • Active psychosis or severe mental health crisis
    • Seizure disorders (consultation required)
    • Pregnancy (for certain devices)
    • Implanted medical devices (pacemakers, etc.)
    • Recent traumatic brain injury

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history before beginning treatment.

    Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session rate.

Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Zero Side Effects*

Our technologies are designed to be non-invasive and safe with minimal contraindications. However, clients should be aware of the following considerations:

NeuroOptimal and Pulsetto: Both devices use electroconductive gel that may interact with existing skin conditions. NeuroOptimal applies gel to the scalp area, while Pulsetto applies gel to the front of the neck.

Pulsetto: Contains nickel contacts which may cause adverse reactions in individuals with nickel allergies.

Cohere Meditation Mat: No known side effects or contraindications.

Roxiva: This brain entrainment neuromodulation treatment is not recommended for individuals with strobe light sensitivity or seizure disorders.

All clients must disclose relevant medical history and allergies before beginning treatment.
